Just a quick post. There are many different methods of hair extension application on the market. I think one of my favourites is the clip on method. Firstly for its simplicity, but more importantly for its safety.
Minimise Hair Damage With Clip On Extensions
If damage to your own hair is a major concern for you, then clip ons are a great method as you simply clip the extensions onto your head and remove them each night. There is a relatively low chance of hair damage using this method. And as they aren’t permanent, you can monitor how your hair is holding up to the weight of the extensions. If you do see hair loss (which is unlikely) then you can stop using them and therefore minimise the damage.
One important point: hair care. Please remember that maintaining your hair extensions is vitally important in keeping your natural hair free from damage. If you allow your extensions to get tangled then your hair could be damaged. I sometimes find women that have short hair and aren’t used to maintaining the long hair can be guilty of this so always remember: hair maintenance should never be neglected.
