Hi Leanne, sorry about the big delay in responding. It's probably a bit late for your friend but I'll respond anyway. There are 3 main reasons for slipping:

1. Hair type: Micro rings aren't ideal if you have high oil content in your hair. I'd have to say this is quite rare to have such high oil content that it causes slippage. I've had a few clients like this and the only thing I can suggest is using a second micro ring. This usually stops the problem but it increases the chance of the rings being visible. Also, it isn't as comfortable because you have double the micro rings in your hair.

2. Hair Care Products: Using conditioners right up close to the roots can cause slippage. Also, poor quality shampoo and conditioner is really bad for extensions. Click on the following link to learn more about hair care products for hair extensions.

3. Application Method: The hair extensions you've purchased may not have been added correctly. Did you pull enough hair through each ring? Not pulling enough hair through can cause slippping.

I hope this helps you and anyone else having this problem.

Hi Denniss
Apologies, my Spanish isn't the best so I'll respond in Englsh. Can you send me a picture of your extensions using our "contact us" page? Wefts can be manufactured in different ways so it really helps if I can see a picture first which shows a close up of the seam at the top.
